I purchased a lecture – how do I download it?
After purchasing a lecture you will receive an email with a link inside it to download your lecture.
It’s underneath the column heading “Download”.

How will I know when my membership is due?
The VAA will send you reminders prior to your membership expiring.
You can also see the due date when you log in and click on SUBSCRIPTIONS tab, you’ll see the expiry date under the ‘Subscription’ column.
We’ll also send some gentle reminders if your membership expires – we wouldn’t want you to miss out on all
How do I renew my membership?
- Log in, then go the your VAA account area and click on the SUBSCRIPTIONS tab.
- Click on the Click ‘Renew’ link
- Select your payment method
