This lecture explores the eclipse cycle known as the lunar saros from an historical and astrological perspective. The mechanics of its operation are also explained, removing the mystery associated with the name. The first part is an introduction to the lunar saros eclipse cycle. During the second part of the lecture, Murray presents some of his case studies (charts) to demonstrate how the lunar saros represents a unique field of research. Pamela Rowe also comments on and demonstrates how Cosmobiology and midpoint theory can add clarity and depth to astrological research.
