The World: A Current & Future Perspective

It is probably not an understatement to say that the World appears to be in a seemingly never ending state of upheaval and uncertainty at this time. Situations change almost daily and we are left to ponder ‘what next’? As astrologers, we are alerted in particular to the Uranus-Pluto square, which is now upon us, but is there more?
In this talk Ray will not only consider the impact of the former but also the ‘fatedness’ attached to the prevailing conditions.
Ray will examine both the current and forthcoming conditions against the discovery charts of the outer planets and Chiron (ie, those bodies which fall beyond Saturn and therefore outside our ‘direct control’). In doing so, he will demonstrate and explain the rationale behind several of the predictive techniques he uses. Ray will also review the charts of a number of the countries, institutions and issues ‘in the news’ (eg, Greece and the EEC, Carbon Tax) in an attempt to determine the pathway forward.
About Ray
Ray Factor has been involved in astrology for nearly 30 years. He teaches 2-year courses and more advanced level classes (including FAA examination preparation) at the Melbourne School of Astrology. In addition to maintaining a private consulting practice, Ray also devotes considerable time to research where he focuses on Mundane Astrology and the symbolism behind current major world issues, the verification of birth times (principally based on the NADI system) and the investigation of life’s ‘fated’ events (via Primary Directions).
