The Goddess Archetype: Past & Present Incarnations

A comparison will be made between past and present Movie Star “Goddesses” Marilyn Monroe and Angelina Jolie who both hold the archetype of “Sexiest Woman in the World”. In addition, comparison between champions of the role of women will be made between the sceptical and aggressive, rational-logical, women’s liberation advocate Germaine Greer and the intuitive but research focused Golden Dawn tarot author Mary Greer. The charts of the four women will be examined from three points of view. Firstly, using aspect patterns and modern psychological analysis. Secondly, using evolutionary analysis, focussing on the Nodal Axis to represent the journey from past emotional patterning to the opposing purpose for this lifetime. Thirdly, adding the suite of intuitive asteroids researched by Sara over the last five years to identify underlying archetypes traditionally represented by the planets and luminaries.

About the Speaker
Sara Gilbert has consolidated a childhood love of stories from mythology, into astrological research and practice with intuitive asteroid archetypes that associate back to myth. Sara is a psychological astrologer with an evolutionary focus, and practises through Life Spirit Connections, near Frankston in Victoria. She holds the FAA Diploma, APA membership and Level Two Apprentice status with Steven Forrest. Sara runs astrology courses that focus on the FAA syllabus, and has presented workshops and lectures in many states of Australia. She has also developed a following for her daily astrology posts on Facebook and the C*I*A website, and has published articles in Horizons and the FAA Journal.
