A lecture in 3 parts:

1. The current Chinese astrological cycles
   Chinese astrology and philosophy is governed by the cycles of Yin and Yang, 5 elements and the 12 earthly branches (the animal signs), and the 8 Trigrams of the I Ching. This lecture will also be like a workshop where you can plot events in your life and see the progress of unfoldment as we move down the time line, from the past, the current era and the future. What insights can be gained for successfully navigating and negotiating the path ahead? There is one point of certainty (within the uncertainty), one point of focus in navigating the current cycle as revealed by the I Ching and this will be discussed
2. Saturn and current Feng Shui implications
   A practical aspect of this lecture will examine Feng Shui and building implications of the transit of Saturn through Libra, and the upcoming transit through Scorpio. (The emphasis of the elemental shift from air to water will give a hint). As Saturn rules building form and structure, what areas are important in our house, what is recommended for design, alteration, renovation, addition, that will be harmonious for these times?
3. The Chinese Astrology of Obama and Romney
   We will also briefly examine the charts of Obama and Romney, examine their election prospects and the prospects of the country in the next few years

Vic Ketis is the founder and principal of the Australian Academy of Feng Shui, Chinese Astrology and I Ching, a leading provider of education in Australia, which presents extensive courses and programs for practitioner training and general interest.

His other interests include the integration with Feng Shui of the principles of Sacred Geometry, and the synthesis of Chinese and Western Planetary astrology. He also teaches courses in The Philosophy and Divination of the I Ching and the Tarot.
