VAA Monthly Meeting - 20 July 2024

On Saturday 20th of July we welcome Jo-Anne Cardosi for her talk Yod-Finger of Fate. This meeting will be in-person at the Liardet Community Centre AND online via Zoom.

Lecture Description

Sounds fatalistic doesn’t it? Well yes & no-it depends on how you view the concept of fate.

Yods have a rich tradition in Jewish mysticism (yodh) as well as in astrology. In astrology it is just another aspect pattern but one with deep spiritual/karmic implications.

In this lecture we will learn more about the symbolism of the Yod as well as its astrological intent. There will be many chart examples. Start looking in your chart to see if you have one. Don’t forget that they can also form via progressions and transits (especially the slow moving outer planets).

About the Speaker

Jo-Anne Cardosi is a professional astrological counsellor, teacher, lecturer and researcher. She has been studying and practising astrology for the last 25 years. Her special interest is in child/parent dynamics, understanding trauma and charting a new life direction free of fear. She also has a special interest in understanding current world trends/larger picture views on planetary patterning throughout history.
