On Saturday 17th of February we welcome back Shu Yap for her talk Remediating the Solar Return: Ideas on Managing the Planets for Your Year. This meeting will be in-person only at the Liardet Community Centre – City of Port Phillip. 1:45pm for a 2pm start (AEDT).

Lecture Description
The Solar Return chart gives us a glimpse of the incidental images that will likely surround us for the year. Finding a place in our lives for the significant planetary signatures found within the Solar Return chart can help us to create purposeful opportunities for ourselves. Most planetary signatures can be put to use when we align our personal goals with the lots given to us that year.
In this talk, we explore the idea of remediation in line with the concept of fate and freewill and will look at the Solar Return chart to see which parts of our lives are more fixed in course and which are more adaptable through conscious effort.
About the Speaker
Shu Yap is a consulting astrologer, teacher and writer from Central Victoria, Australia on Dja Dja Wurrung Country. For Shu, astrology is a way of life, not just a livelihood! Her practice influences every aspect of her life as a grower, beekeeper and regenerative farmer.
Inspired by the Hermetic philosophy, Shu practices traditional astrology, embodies a sky-centered approach to her art. Certified at the Melbourne School of Astrology and the School of Traditional Astrology in Horary and Traditional Medical Astrology, Shu runs an international consulting practice, lectures worldwide, teaches for Kepler College, mentors individual students and writes weekly planetary news on The Interpsycle Observator.
