PLUTO: Treasure and Treachery
presented by Margaret Wood
There are treasures and dangers in Pluto’s impact, and, as astrologers, we see the energy available not the details of how this plays out, and we don’t always get it right! Sometimes the astrologer’s perception is darkened by their unresolved experiences being projected onto the client. Sometimes we get it right but it’s too much for the client to hear. So how do you read a potentially transformative transit or solar arc that may also be lethal?
By focusing on the evolution of our understanding of Pluto, and drawing from significant world events, Margaret Wood intends to expand our awareness of the extraordinary force of Pluto. She will also use case notes to highlight some of the pitfalls and potentials of working with Pluto.
ABOUT THE SPEAKER
Margaret Wood is in private practice as an astrologer, naturopath/homeopath and psychotherapist.
Margaret’s interest in astrology began in 1977 and she quickly incorporated this into her work with clients. She has lectured professionally in astrology, counselling skills and homeopathy, has a Masters in Gestalt Therapy, and, in 2021, she completed her training in EMDR therapy. In everything she does, Margaret is passionate and thorough, which is evident in her work with clients and students.
Margaret and husband, Kerrin Cassidy, ran the Living Astrology school for 12 years. In 2019, they published “Homoeopathy in the Home,” a textbook on homoeopathy, and are currently working on their textbook for astrological students. Margaret’s research in Astrohom – the subtle link between astrology and homeopathy – will be made available through their website in 2023.
Margaret and Kerrin live on 40 acres in rural Victoria, caring for the land and for a growing family of Welsummer hens.
